3. Meal Preferences. If you choose to provide meal preferences, dietary preferences, saved meals, or similar information, we use that information to personalize your Get Dinner Solved experience.
4. Camera and Photo Information. Get Dinner Solved may request access to your camera or photo library for features such as the fridge and pantry ingredient scan. Images captured or selected are used solely to identify ingredients and generate recipe suggestions. Image data is not stored after processing. We do not use these images for any unrelated purpose.
5. Purchase and Subscription Information. If you purchase a subscription, payment and entitlement processing is handled by RevenueCat in conjunction with the Apple App Store or Google Play. We may receive limited information about your subscription status, product purchased, renewal status, and entitlement level. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

Dietary and allergen information provided by Get Dinner Solved is generated by artificial intelligence and is for informational purposes only. While we do our best to suggest recipes that align with your stated dietary preferences, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of nutritional information, ingredient classifications, or allergen content. It is your sole responsibility to verify that all ingredients meet your dietary, allergen, and medical requirements before consuming. Get Dinner Solved disclaims all liability for adverse reactions, health consequences, or damages arising from reliance on AI-generated recipe suggestions or dietary labels.

Food Safety Disclaimer

All recipes, ingredient lists, and cooking instructions are generated by artificial intelligence. This content has not been reviewed or verified by a registered dietitian, nutritionist, food safety professional, or medical professional. Always ensure food is cooked to a safe internal temperature, check expiry dates before use, and follow safe food handling practices. Get Dinner Solved is not responsible for any illness or injury resulting from the preparation or consumption of food based on AI-generated content. Always consult a qualified professional for medical dietary advice.

Fridge/Pantry Scan Disclaimer

Ingredient identification from photos is performed by AI and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Never rely solely on AI-identified ingredients for allergen-sensitive cooking. Always check expiry dates and visually verify all ingredients yourself before use. Get Dinner Solved is not liable for any harm resulting from the use of scanned or AI-identified ingredients.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information only as needed to operate the app, provide requested features, process subscriptions, comply with law, protect rights and safety, or work with service providers acting on our behalf.

Cookies and Local Storage

We do not currently use advertising cookies or third-party behavioral tracking cookies on our website. The mobile app uses the following limited local storage and token mechanisms:

• Authentication tokens. When you sign in, Supabase stores a secure session token on your device to keep you logged in. This token is stored in encrypted device storage and is not accessible to third parties.
• App preferences. Certain preferences such as measurement settings, saved meals, and onboarding state are stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage. This data does not leave your device except as part of normal app operation.
• Analytics. We may use PostHog or similar analytics tools to collect usage data to understand how the app is used and improve the product. We do not use analytics data for advertising purposes or attempt to personally identify users through analytics data.

You may clear locally stored app data at any time by uninstalling the app or clearing app data in your device settings.

Data Security and Encryption

All data transmitted between your device and our servers and systems is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS (Transport Layer Security). We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to help protect your information. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Data Retention

What's for Dinner? is a mobile application that helps users decide what to eat for dinner. Features include a meal spinner, AI-generated recipe suggestions, a chef's twist feature, fridge/pantry photo scanning (Pro tier), and a personal meal library.

3. AI-Generated Content

All recipes, ingredient lists, nutritional information, and cooking instructions are generated by artificial intelligence. This content:

• Has not been reviewed or verified by a registered dietitian, nutritionist, food safety expert, or medical professional
• Is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only
• May contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies
• Should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional dietary, medical, or food safety advice

You are solely responsible for verifying the safety, accuracy, and suitability of any recipe or ingredient information before use.

4. Food Safety

Get Dinner Solved is not responsible for any illness, injury, or adverse reaction resulting from the preparation or consumption of food based on AI-generated content. You must:

• Check all ingredient expiry dates before use
• Cook food to safe internal temperatures
• Verify allergen information independently
• Follow safe food handling and storage practices
• Consult a healthcare provider for dietary or medical concerns

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Get Dinner Solved offers free, Plus ($3/month or $29/year), and Pro ($6/month or $49/year) tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscription management, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the platform through which you subscribed. We do not process payments directly or store payment card details.

6. Fridge and Pantry Scanning

The Pro tier includes a feature to scan your fridge or pantry using your device camera. AI-based ingredient identification may be inaccurate or incomplete. Always visually verify identified ingredients yourself. Never rely solely on AI-identified ingredients for allergen-sensitive cooking. Get Dinner Solved is not liable for any harm resulting from the use of scanned or AI-identified ingredients.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or interfere with the app
• Misrepresent your identity or account information
• Use the app in any way that could harm other users or third parties

8. Intellectual Property

What's for Dinner?, the Get Dinner Solved brand, our logos, app interface, software, and content compilation are owned by or licensed to GREELEY BAUER LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the app without our prior written consent.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to What's for Dinner? at any time, including where appropriate with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any conduct we determine to be harmful to other users, third parties, or the integrity of the service. 10. Disclaimer of Warranties

What's for Dinner? is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. Use of the app is at your sole risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GREELEY BAUER LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated recipes, foodborne illness, or allergen reactions. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of What's for Dinner? shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, if any. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and are not responsible for disruptions caused by third-party platforms including Apple, Google, Anthropic, or RevenueCat.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated through the app or email where possible.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Virginia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your account and associated data, send an email to:

We may request reasonable verification information before processing deletion requests.

Please include the email address associated with your account in your message so we can locate and process your request. If your account was created via Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, or email magic link, include whichever email you used to sign in.

What Gets Deleted

Upon a verified deletion request, we will delete or de-identify the following. De-identified data can no longer reasonably be linked to you personally.

• Account and profile information — your email address, display name, and account authentication records associated with your account.
• Saved meals and spin history — all meal preferences, saved recipes, and spin history records associated with your account.
• Subscription entitlement data — your subscription tier and entitlement records stored by Get Dinner Solved. Note that subscription purchase history managed by Apple App Store, Google Play, or RevenueCat is governed by their respective privacy policies and may be retained independently.
• Recipe ratings and history — thumbs up/down ratings and recipe generation history.

What May Be Retained

This may include:

• Transactional records required for tax, accounting, or legal compliance
• Purchase history held by Apple App Store, Google Play, or RevenueCat — these are governed by those platforms' own privacy policies and are outside our direct control
• Anonymized or aggregated data that does not identify you individually and is used only for product analytics
• Logs or records we are required to retain by applicable law or in connection with a legal dispute or regulatory inquiry

Processing Time

Cancelling Your Subscription First

Requesting account deletion does not automatically cancel an active subscription. To avoid future charges, please cancel your subscription directly through the platform where you subscribed before submitting a deletion request:
